SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 – HALIFAX, MA - Eight contestants were on hand for this one. The weather was, in a word, beautiful. It was sunny with a light breeze, low humidity and a high temperature in the mid- seventies.

Round one saw Brian Stas get off to the best start posting a two cut win. In round two Brian and Neil Simpson flew to a one cut apiece draw while Joe Fustolo was using a two cuts to one win over Paul Kubek to move into contention. Chris Sarnowski also posted his second good score putting himself in the mix for the contest lead, as well. In the next round Joe got an airtime win over Brian while Chris and Neil were flying to a one cut apiece draw. Going into the final round Joe had a slight lead with both Chris and Neil just a few points behind. In the semi-final match Neil got a one cut win over Paul to post the club house lead which held up when Joe and Chris mid-aired in the final match. The final round also saw Cody Bishop get an airtime win over his dad to take home the Sportsman “gold” in the process.
