SEPTEMBER 18, 2016- HALIFAX, MA – The weather was quite warm and humid for mid-September with temps in the low eighties. It was partly cloudy and seemingly on the verge of raining for the entire day however the rain never materialized.
After three rounds two of the five contestants had been sent home while Brian Stas, Chris Sarnowski and Greg Wornell were all sitting at two wins and one loss. Chris drew the bye into the finals while Brian and Greg battled it out to see who would face Chris. The match was tied one cut apiece when a line tangle crash cost Brian significant airtime and the match. In the final Chris met the same fate, after some good action early, giving Greg the contest win.
