JULY 8, 2017 – HALIFAX, MA – The Wingbuster Club Field in Halifax, Massachusetts was the location and once again the field was manicured and very green. The weather was seasonably warm with temperatures in the mid eighties, partly sunny and a light breeze. This Formula GX combat event attracted five pilots. .

Round one saw Neil Simpson get off to the best start posting a 730 point win. In round two Joe Fustolo jumped into the contest lead posting a two cut to one win over Neil. In round three Neil earned a one cut win over Chris Sarnowski while Joe got an airtime win over Brian Stas. The contest would be decided in the final match of the final round. Joe and Neil faced off and they waged war.When the dust settled Neil had edged out Joe two cuts to one earning the contest win in the process.
